Tenant Fees

Holding Deposit: £200 ( or 1 week's rent if lower) to reserve property upon acceptance of landlord, deductable from first move in invoice.
Security Deposit: 5 Week's rent.
Security Deposit will be registered with TDS - The deposit Scheme or My Deposit by agent or landlord.
£30.00 + VAT (£36.00) will be charged on top of the amount that needed for replacement of locks, keys if tenant has lost their keys
£20.00 + VAT (£24.00) will be charged for opening door if tenant is locked out due to their own fault (forgot to take their keys, etc)
£20.00 + VAT (£24.00) will be charged for late payment of rent after 14 days of the due day
£40.00 + VAT (£48.00) will be charged for any change in the tenancy such as removal of tenant(s) or addition of tenant(s).
Early termination before the fixed term - the costs charged for early termination will be determined by the loss in rent resulting from a tenant's decision to leave and/or the costs of re-advertising or referencing, or the reasonable costs to the agent (such as referencing and marketing costs). This charge must not exceed the loss incurred by the landlord.
